Syracuse Herald Journal- Nats Facing Lakers Quint

Minneapolis, Minn.- The Syracuse Nationals, seeking to shake off a prolonged slump which has found them dropping six of their last 10 games, face the Minneapolis Lakers here tonight. The Nats lost four of five starts with the Lakers this season and realize the odds are stacked against them in their battle to retain first place in the Eastern Division. Captain Paul Seymour echoed the thoughts of his club when he commented: “We haven’t played a real good game in a month. We’re sure overdue to start clicking.” Following the clash, the Nats fly to Milwaukee to play the Hawks tomorrow. Then another game is booked with Minneapolis at Grand Forks, N.D. Tuesday before the club returns home to face Fort Wayne Thursday.
